Follow the Flow

This should follow the flow that was mentioned earlier. The right time, place, etc. You’ll need a little self-discipline in order to really commit to your routine. The Pomodoro Technique (using a timer for work intervals) is the easiest way to do this. Just remember to award yourself break time as well. You can’t overwork yourself or you’ll only end up losing energy.

Wing It

This method doesn’t work for everyone, but it’s still worth a mention. There are some people who find routines and schedules to be restrictive. If you’re one of these individuals, kick the routine to the curb. You’ll still want to follow your own flow, but you’ll do it at your own time.
