Where do you ship from?

We ship from West Jordan, Utah.

How and when can I contact you?

Customer support is available Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM EST. You can either use our Contact Us page on our site, or you can leave a message at our toll free (855) 375-9763, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible during regular USA business hours.

How can I pay?

We only accept Visa or MasterCard. We use Authorize.net as our merchant processor.

Why don’t you accept other payment methods like Paypal?

Simply because of the nature of what we do. Finding payment options for companies in our field isn’t easy. PayPal for example, will not support the selling of Nutraceuticals.

What form do your products come in?

All our products come in our branded labeled bottles from a GMP manufacturing facility.

Where’s my order?

We pride ourselves on the quickest possible service and best support during the ordering process. All of our products are shipped from the USA and sent with USPS tracking. If you are in the USA (95% of our customers) and ordered a product which is sent from the USA; you should receive it within 3-5 days. If you have not received your order in 7 days, please let us know at service@antiagingcentral.com. The USPS is very reliable and you will receive your products 99.99% of the time.

What is the shelf-life and storage of your products?

Our products typically last between 1-3 years from the manufacturing date. Our products are moving off the shelf very rapidly so there is no risk of a product being close to expiration date. Our products are stored in a professionally managed temperature controlled warehouse in West Jordan, Utah.

How do I track my package?

Most orders are sent within 24 hours of placing an order. All orders are sent via USPS with a Tracking Number. Our Shipping Department will send a shipping confirmation email that your shipment has been sent. Almost always within 24 hours you can start tracking your shipment on the USPS website with the tracking number on your confirmation email.

What do I do if I can’t order online?

We can process your order manually. Please send us an email to: service@antiagingcentral.com and give us your Name and Telephone number and the best time to reach you and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Can I ship using my own Courier Account or Number?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer this service since we know that our Shipping Department will ship in the most efficient and affordable way possible. You will save time and money by using our systems.

I received part of my order, but where are the missing items?

What do I do if I receive a damaged, incomplete or wrong shipment?

This is truly a rare occurrence, however, if this happens, simply email us at service@antiagingcentral.com and we will assist in correcting this deficiency.

When I log in to look at my order details it says:

1. On Hold - in most cases this is where you attempted to order but not finished the process. Most times it means you encountered payment difficulties. Email service@antiagingcentral.com and read the information above to get your order placed.

2. Processing / Pending - this usually means your order is on its way to the dispatch department in the USA.

3. Complete - this is when your order is on the way and you have your tracking numbers.

Are you associated with any other similar anti-aging sites?

No. We have affiliates but we are a stand alone group which has operated in this field for years. Go to About Us for more information.
